SATPO sports enthusiasts have traditionally participated in the next year's T-Mobile Olympic Run in Prague's Ladronka Park.

We invite you to Open Days connected with an art exhibition in cooperation with the Deelive design showroom, an exhibition of paintings by the Mexican artist Lucio Fuentes and vases by the Czech ceramic designer Milan Pekař.

At the beginning of 2021, SATPO had the honor, through its representative, to be part of the jury of the JA EXPO 2021 - Student Company of the Year 2020/2021 competition, organized by the non-profit educational organization JA CZECH.

The company City Home Invest III, s.r.o. belonging to the SATPO group successfully issued bonds in the amount of CZK 210 million for a period of 5 years with a maturity in 2025 on 15th June 2020. Funds from the bond issue are used to co-finance and purchase existing apartment buildings and co-ownership shares in attractive Prague locations.

SATPO supported this year's first nationwide triathlon. In the race for 750 meters of swimming, 20 km of cycling and 5 km of running, we were represented by a competitor who won a beautiful 3rd place in her AG category and overall in the women's category.

SATPO had the honor to show the construction of the Vitality Residence to future experts in the field of construction and architecture, to students Mgr. program Architecture and Civil Engineering FSv CTU in Prague.

SATPO was part of this year's 14th annual Architecture and Urbanism Festival, which focused on transport, the environment, security, housing and architectural heritage in our capital.

An exhibition of unique works of art is taking place in the SATPO showroom in cooperation with the Achilleas Gallery.

The Holeckova House premium chamber project was nominated this year among the projects competing in the major Real Estate Project of the Year competition.

On the occasion of the biggest triathlon event in the Czech Republic, the FORD Challenge Prague 2019 in the relay race 1.9 km swimming x 90 km cycling x 21 km running, the SATPO team won the absolute win in the Relay Women category.

SATPO supports the reputation of architecture and construction as part of the Construction of a Quarter Century Contest. It is the largest inventory of Czech architectural art and architecture mapping buildings since 1993 to this day.

This year, SATPO again supported financial education with first-rate children through active participation and financial support. The Junior Achivement training program Our City was held at the Parklane and Prague British International School in Prague.

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of SATPO, we organized, on 6 June 2019, a friendly meeting for major business partners, friends and owners of residential units from all SATPO projects. Watch the video from the whole evening HERE.

On June 19, 2018, SATPO sports enthusiasts traditionally took part in another T-Mobile Olympic Run in Prague's Ladronka Park. Again, personal records have been reached, the fastest runner in third place finish in AG was able to run 10 km in 44 minutes!
